Conference Registration – $295.00
Registration includes all sessions Friday and Saturday, Thursday welcome dinner and drinks breakfast and lunch Friday and Saturday and entrance to the Saturday runway dinner food and drinks sold separately.

Additional Conference attendees and partners must register separately.

Weather and Covid-19 guarantee full refund should you not be able to attend due to weather conditions and Covid restrictions.

One day conference pass – $75.00
This is for one day pass for partners and delegates who would like to attend the conference sessions and all partners program for one day only. Includes breakfast, morning teas, lunch and entry to runway dinner on Saturday night.
Social events program – $150.00
Social program will include Thursday night welcome drinks with finger food, Friday bus excursion, breakfasts and lunches on Friday and Saturday, and entrance fee to the runway dinner. Saturday is a free day. Social program is for attendees not planning on attending conference sessions.

SPAA Conference...

Your SPAA committee is busy organising the biannual seaplane conference for April 2021 at Whitsunday (Shute Harbour) Airport. Register

The committee has decided to combine our conference with the Whitsunday Airport (Shute Harbour) runway celebrations on Saturday night 24th April. The conference dates will run from arrival on Thursday 22nd April through to Sunday 25 April. Draft program text here.

The Association has secured deluxe cabin accommodation at the Whitsunday Tropical Eco-Resort located at the Whitsunday Airport (Shute Harbour) Airport. https://whitsundaystropicalecoresort.com.au/

Why Whitsundays? A beautiful airport with accommodation within a five-minute walk, access also available via commercial flights through both the Whitsunday Coast or Hamilton Island Airports.

At the last fly-in and runway dinner in 2019 there were 11 seaplanes in attendance, everyone had a good time, and don't forget spectacular scenery.

As with the previous conference, there will be an early bird registration, where you can register now and pay later. if you could register as soon as possible, as it really does help out with planning. Register
